If you’re using a network for some of your travel activities, one way to stay informed of what’s happening when you’re gone is by adding a few blogs from the location.
- Step 1: Click the appropriate folder for the location. This could be you having one folder for Travel, with sub-folders for the different locations, such as a country or city.
- Step 2: Click the News reader application tab. This will show you the current news sources for the location, maybe others have added from your network, and the option to add a new blog or news source.
- Step 3: Click the Create button to add a new blog or news source. Once clicked, you can add a name, the blog RSS URL, and a short description. After an URL has been added, the reader will do a quick search and show you a preview of the latest three articles.
- Step 4: Click Save and you’re done. Once added, any time you click on the news application you can see the latest blog posting from each blog or news source.
This can be useful to compliment other content in your travel folders, such as websites, photos from previous trips, scheduling events and more.
